User onboarding flow

Craft a guided onboarding that takes a new user from account creation to logging their first prediction. This includes welcome modals, checklist widgets, sample datasets, and contextual docs surfaced inside the app.

We should highlight the fastest path: install SDK → run sample script → see explanations in dashboard.
